What are shipping times?

Generally 5-10 business days via USPS. Tracking information will be provided via email. If item has not arrived by the 11th day, please reach out to info@tracify.store and a representative will reach out shortly.

My product is damaged. How do I return?

Please email info@tracify.store a picture or video of the damaged product within 14 days of receiving the item. We will review your photo or video and promptly issue a return slip and a refund. There is a 5% restocking fee for each refunded item.

Is only domestic U.S. shipping available?

We are currently working hard to include free international shipping and hope to accomplish international services by mid 2025. For now, we are only able to provide shipping within the U.S.
